•We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the tax and accounting industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.•

Responsibilities:

• •Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.•
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.•
• •Present and promote our services to potential clients.•
• •Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.•
• •Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.•
• •Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.•
• •Achieve and exceed sales targets.•
• •Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.•
• •Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.•
• •Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.•

Requirements:

• •Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the tax, accounting, or financial services industry.•
• •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.•
• •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.•
• •Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.•
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•
• •Good understanding of tax and accounting services.•
• •Sales and marketing experience is preferred.•

Compensation:

Salary: •AED 3,000 per month.•

Sales Target: •AED 10,000 per month.•

Commission: •25% commission on sales exceeding the monthly target.•
