: Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Al fares international tents -Dubai, a reputable and innovative tent manufacturing company. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales within the tent or related industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Growth:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Identify new market opportunities, trends, and potential areas for business expansion.

Collaborate with the sales team to set ambitious but achievable sales goals.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction.

Attend client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations as required.

3. Business Development:

Generate leads through research, networking, industry events, and referrals.

Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and capitalize on competitive advantages.

4. Sales Process and Reporting:

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

5. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior sales team members.

6. Industry Knowledge and Expertise:

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and keep up-to-date with advancements in tent technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience in the tent manufacturing industry or a related field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Exceptional client relationship management abilities.

Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
