We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to manage and drive sales for our bakery products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all aspects of the sales process independently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our bakery products.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with customers.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
