We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Executive at Q LOGEX, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing commercial activities, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of shipping, logistics and freight forwarding industry, a proven track record in sales, and exceptional communication skills.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
• Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support.
• Target new clients and retain existing.
• Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with internal and external customers.
• Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues including visit to the customer
• Ensure timely reporting of documents
• To be focused on sales objectives and targets agreed
• Maintain & Update customer profile / data form
• Addressing customer concerns and finding innovative solutions for complex logistical challenges.
• Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
• Negotiate agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients.
• Responding to customer queries with simple, straightforward and clear quotations.
• Provide feedback and action required. Escalate issue to the Manager that cannot be resolved in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive working relationship at all levels.
• Any other reasonable duties / responsibilities that may be assigned by the Line Manager.
• Comply with all the Company's Policies, Manuals and Procedures.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar preferred.
• At least two years' experience as a logistics sales executive in UAE.
• Must possess a complete understanding of the Freight forwarding industry.
• Organized, process- oriented.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Ability to Multitask and Manage workload efficiently
• Previous experience in sales, shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehousing will be advantageous.
• Great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
