Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling incoming leads, and maintaining client relationships. Your role will focus on B2B sales, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities

• Customer Inquiries:

o Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).

o Provide accurate and timely information regarding products/services, pricing, and availability.

• Lead Management:

o Qualify and prioritize incoming leads based on potential value and interest.

o Nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up.

o Convert leads into qualified opportunities and hand off to sales team when appropriate.

• Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

o Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

o Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Sales Support:

o Contribute to the sales process by providing administrative support as needed.

o Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.

o Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and track sales activities.

o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals, focusing on B2B sales. Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and inquiries efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English
