We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at New Star Pest Control and Cleaning Services, a leading provider of pest control and cleaning services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong customer relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company in the residential and commercial sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable pest control and cleaning service solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control, cleaning services, or related industry.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak English and Hindi fluently
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Any Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandate).
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
