We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Inspector with a civil engineering background to join our on-site team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects meet quality standards, and safety protocols, and adhere to design specifications.

As a Concept Architect at A N T ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and conceptual framework of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for architecture and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Connect with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce our services and build rapport.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research, referrals, and networking activities.

3. Follow-up: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

5. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. Works closely with relevant external parties and clients to ensure timely delivery according to plan.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree.

2. Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is a plus.
