Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their personal loan needs.
• Provide detailed information and guidance on loan products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking and financial products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

• Prior experience in direct sales of personal loans preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Freshers with a keen interest in banking and finance are also encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and professional ethics

Language:

• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Good command of the English language is essential.
