Citihome & Arabland seeking a English, Chinese, Russian speaker Sales Executive to join our Sales and Business Development department . As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new homeowners to join our vacation rental management program and Yearly Leasing Program.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, business development and real estate/Holiday Homes with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.

The role is based on Fixed Salary + Commision basis.

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be recruiting management properties for Citihome and the leasing properties for Arabland within specific timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads promptly and professionally

Report all activities to management in a timely manner

• Identify and acquire new homeowners for our vacation rental management program;
• Search for, contact, meet, present to, negotiate with, and close contracts with potential landlords;
• Maintain communication with landlords to ensure their satisfaction and retention;
• Coordinate property onboarding;
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless onboarding and management of new homeowners.
• Proactively engage with homeowners through phone, in-person, and email to meet recruitment targets.
• Convert direct enquiries and applications through focused follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Possess a valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in vacation rentals, real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
• Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with property owners.
• Display exceptional skills in making homeowners feel valued and appreciated, whether through phone conversations or in-person interactions.
• Show a dedicated commitment to pursuing a career in the hospitality and property management sector.
