Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Work Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales for our interior work services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients for interior work services.
• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach.
• Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services and portfolio.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and project execution.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Project Coordination:
• Liaise with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and met.
• Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of interior projects.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Use CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and client information.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
