Develop relationships with multiple developers, builders, and real estate agents.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Address client questions and issues promptly and professionally.
Sales Targets:
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed goals.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts. Close sales deals and achieve a high conversion rate.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the company's products or services and their features. Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Client Feedback:
Gather client feedback and relay it to the product development or service teams. Use feedback to improve products/services and enhance the client experience
