Sales Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful sales and experience working with a real estate developer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert leads through networking and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of real estate sales experience, including 1 year with a real estate developer. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Real estate industry: 2 years (Preferred)
• Real Estate Developer: 1 year (Preferred)
