Job Description

2 Years of UAE Experience is a must. Location is Dubai Investment Park 1.

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

- Conduct property showings and open houses

- Market listings through various channels, including online platforms and social media

- Provide expert advice on pricing, market conditions, and property values

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best terms for clients

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals

- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers

- Guide clients through the closing process
