: Sales Executive - Luggage Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in the luggage industry. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of luggage products, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a passion for travel accessories, excellent sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market environment. Job location : OMAN/QATAR Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable luggage products.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our luggage products, features, and benefits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product quality and functionality.
  • Sales Support and Follow-Up:
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for information.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to overall business success.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the retail or consumer goods industry, preferably in luggage or travel accessories.
  • Strong sales skills with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
