Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our luggage products, features, and benefits.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product quality and functionality.
Sales Support and Follow-Up:
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for information.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations.

Sales Reporting:

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the retail or consumer goods industry, preferably in luggage or travel accessories.
