Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, property values, and competitor activities. Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings, providing detailed information and answering any questions from potential buyers. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the company and clients. Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
