Responsibilities:
Lead generation & prospecting through various channels Feld visits, LinkedIn, google, cold calls, etc.
Must be confident in cold calling, and setting up appointments over the phone.
Proactively engage in field activities, including generating new leads, delivering sales pitches, meeting with clients, and identifying new business prospects.
Effectively communicate with clients to comprehensively understand and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Employ various channels, including LinkedIn, Google, and cold calls, to drive lead generation and prospecting efforts.
Consistently follow up with leads through email, phone calls, and in-person visits, ensuring ongoing engagement and fostering client relationships.
Implement a robust system to track and manage sales leads, as well as monitor the progress of client orders.
Communicate with clients to identify and define the project requirements, scope and objectives.
Going out on-field, generating new leads, giving sales pitches, meeting clients, looking for new business prospects.
Follow & prospecting up via email, phone calls and subsequent visits.
Track sales leads and clients order.

Previous sales experience in Digital Printing, Signages, Advertising, IT, Exhibitions, Interiors, FMCG, Electronics, Sports, Medical, Healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries is a significant advantage.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated team management and leadership skills to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration or Engineering.
Minimum two years of experience as a Sales Executive.
