They are currently seeking two motivated Sales Executives to join their team in Dubai.TasksRole and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will be a key player in driving the companys growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:Client Engagement:
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the construction, architecture, and home finishing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate the companys products and solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for the management team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
RequirementsExperience:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction, architecture, or home finishing industries.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
