We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forex Markets Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the foreign exchange markets and a proven track record in sales. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the management of existing relationships within the forex market sector. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, news, and developments in the forex market.
  • Provide clients with relevant market insights and trading strategies.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials.
  • Client Support:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Educate clients on compliance requirements and risk management strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in forex sales or a related financial services role.
  • Strong understanding of the forex markets and trading mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications such as Series 3, Series 34, or similar.
  • Experience working with institutional clients.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
