Meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products or territories.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors.
Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
Demonstrates the Companys service/products portfolio and assists customers in selecting the right choice to suit their needs.
Develops clear and effective written proposals for customers and negotiates terms of agreement
Expedites the resolution of any customer problems and complaints and provides after sales support
Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible
Ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of products/services unique selling points, features, services and policies
Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set
Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and / or direct mail
Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements/Skills
Preferred industry FMCG/Hotels/Real estate
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
Adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
