Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, their benefits, and their uses to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  • Merchandising: Ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing by organizing products, setting up displays, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Promotions and Marketing: Participate in promotional events, social media campaigns, and other marketing activities to boost store visibility and sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager and other team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail sector. Experience in the organic or health food industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
