We are looking for a Sales Executive to oversee all aspects of our day spa. In this position, you will attract more clients, increase revenue for the company, hire / train staff members, delegate tasks to staff, and set schedules. You must make sure we have someone on staff for every position, including reception, a masseuse, and a reliever in case of absenteeism. You will also be responsible for the sales performance of our spa, so you must provide ideas in marketing campaigns, whether thru advertising campaigns or social media posts. Our ideal applicant has a bachelors degree in business administration and several years of experience in customer service or a spa management. Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities

• Hire and train employees
• Create a weekly staff schedule
• Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
• Fill any non-specialized roles when employees are absent
• Ensure we comply with all employment laws and safety regulation

Sales Executive Skills and Requirements

• Sales experience is a big advantage for incentives
• Bachelors degree in business administration preferred
• Cosmetology or other spa-related experience preferred
• Management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
