About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the booming vacation homes sector in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate and tourism, and looking to advance their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients to present our vacation home offerings.
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. Provide high-level customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitor activities.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies. Assist in the preparation of promotional material and presentations.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales results and forecast future performance.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all deals comply with local regulations. Handle the paperwork associated with property sales and leases efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in real estate or the vacation homes sector.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, especially in vacation homes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport easily.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
UAE driving license is preferred.
