We are looking for the confident individuals with excellent sales and leasing skills, willing to work as a Real Estate -sales executive upon salary basis. Required Skills: \xc2\xb7 Must possess good knowledge rules renting/ leasing property in Dubai. \xc2\xb7 Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels. \xc2\xb7 Should have leasing experience of residential apartments, commercial real estate and Labor Camps. \xc2\xb7 Proven working experience Real estate sales person. \xc2\xb7 Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Should have skills of handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting. . Leasing sales executive will be taking clients calls, following up with client and the branch and closing the leads successfully.
