Job brief

Require Sales Executive specialized in Landscape Design and Architecture, who will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships for our landscape design and architecture firm. He/She will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and strategically positioning the company to capitalize on emerging trends in the landscape design and architecture industry.

Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market segments, and emerging trends in the landscape design and architecture industry. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and enhance the company\'s competitive position. Define target markets, key accounts, and geographic regions for business development efforts.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and cultivate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital marketing channels. Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities for landscape design and architecture projects.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, architects, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction and real estate industries. Understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements to tailor solutions and services that meet their objectives.

Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the firm\'s capabilities, portfolio, and value proposition. Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop customized solutions that address client requirements and project specifications.

Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals. Ensure that agreements are aligned with company policies, legal requirements, and project objectives.

Project Coordination and Handover: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and client teams to transition new projects from the business development phase to the design and implementation stages. Facilitate smooth handovers and ensure clear communication of client expectations and project scope.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and business development activities to track progress against targets and aims. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on business development initiatives, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

    • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Garden Management, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales/ account management - Agriculture, Landscaping, Construction & Garden Management
    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client management roles within the landscape design, architecture, construction, or real estate industries.
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of Irrigation and Landscaping products and their applications.
    • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the construction, development, and design communities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions effectively.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to finding and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Ability in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and digital marketing tools.
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new market
