As a Business Development/Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in business development, with extensive local experience in the UAE working with a Home Care company.
You will be responsible for building and leveraging a wide network within hospitals, clinics, and hotels to drive sales and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and hotels.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and hospitality sectors.
Conduct market research to help you stay informed and reaching new clients.
Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Home Care Business Development/Sales Executive in the UAE.
A wide network within the healthcare and/ or hospitality sectors is essential.
Strong understanding of the local market and business environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (when necessary).
