Job Description
We\'re looking for motivated individuals with a passion for banking sales. Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships, selling our banking product, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
The candidate must be available in UAE for an interview.
Candidate must have a Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve monthly sales targets.
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding service. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
Can generate new leads through cold calling and personal referrals. Benefits: Competitive salary in the range of 3000-4000 AED, based on experience and performance.
