Job Description

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with experience in security or cleaning industry? We are currently looking for Sales Executive to join our team at MBR1 Group. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts
  • Collaborate with the operations and human resources team to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the security or cleaning industry
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry dynamics in Dubai
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Experience:
  • sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Sales in a Security or Cleaning Services: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
  • UAE Driving License (Required)
