Job Description

Strategically schedules and manages 10+ staff members, maintaining high-performing business operations.

Manages day-to-day processing and operations delivery, leading and motivating teams to deliver against KPIs.

Strengthens operational efficiencies by developing improved filing systems for invoices, customer orders and contract records.

Executes successful service introductions and promos through all social media platforms, website and channels.

Warmly greets customers with positive face-to-face or telephone etiquette and professional business email correspondence, asking well-rounded questions to identify issues.

Expertly de-escalates objections and disputes within target timeframes, maintaining customer satisfaction.

Thoroughly monitors compliance with service standards, maintaining professional customer care provisions.

Exceeds daily productivity and performance targets, enhancing team success against KPIs.

Successfully generates new business when upselling or seeking referrals every satisfactory feedback.

Fosters positive relationships with customers, expanding customer bases and enhancing loyalty and retention.

Exceeds sales and revenue targets by 50%, using consultative and value-driven approach to account management.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
