Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and smart Salesman cum Business Development Executive to join our team. Our academy provides comprehensive tuition for grades 5-12, competitive exam coaching, and foreign language training. The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales, a passion for education, and the skills to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote the academy's courses and programs to students, parents, and local communities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract students and increase enrollment.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, schools, and organizations to expand the academy's reach.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets and generate new leads to maximize revenue.
• Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales and/or business development, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• UAE driving license required.
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Passionate about education and learning, with a clear understanding of the local market.
Compensation:
Basic salary with competitive, performance-based incentives.
