Role Overview: ?As a Sales Executive for Credit Cards & Personal Loans , you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting banking products, with a primary focus on credit cards and personal loans. This role requires prior banking experience and a proven ability to convince customers, while adhering to strict compliance and regulatory guidelines. You will engage in field visits, meet potential clients, and ensure seamless loan and credit card application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

?Acquire new customers for credit cards and personal loans through field visits and client meetings.

?Convince potential customers by effectively presenting product benefits and features. ?Ensure full compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

?Meet and exceed sales targets by building a strong customer pipeline. ?Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

?Follow up with clients to ensure successful loan processing and credit card issuance.

Skills & Qualifications:

? Previous banking experience is required, particularly in selling credit cards and personal loans.

?Excellent communication and persuasive skills to effectively convince customers. ?Ability to maintain compliance standards and adhere to banking regulations.

?Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in field sales .

?Strong customer relationship management skills.
