- Effective sales of the products in the business center which includes office spaces, co-working desk spaces, and virtual spaces, handling renewals.
- Grasp co-working features, pricing, amenities, and unique points for effective communication.
- Cultivate client relationships, aligning solutions with their requirements.
- Lead facility tours, highlighting amenities and workspace options.
- Craft personalized proposals outlining our benefits and value.
- Manage leads and interactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- The sales representative must be both personable and professional.
- The role entails a basic salary plus an exciting incentive structure & future growth prospect
- Must be a self-starter, organized, go-getter, quality-oriented, and performance-oriented individual
- Excellent in presentation, proposal preparation, Excel-based forms, MIS sheets, policy drafting and publishing, and research paperwork
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
- Proficiency in English
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
