• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our cookware.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to represent the company.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the cookware or kitchenware industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
