The role will be responsible for implementing sales initiatives, cultivating relationships with partners, and contributing to the overall success of the business development function working with complete integrity.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential partners and clients.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of prospects.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners.
Assist in managing communication and coordination with key stakeholders.
Provide support to the Business Development Manager in executing sales plans and strategies.
Assist in the development and distribution of sales, training collateral and promotional materials.
Handle administrative tasks related to business development activities, including documentation and report generation.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Be the focal point to manage end to end client onboarding and related activities within stipulated timeframe.
Regular feedback calls with merchants to understand requirements and ensure lower attrition.
Be able to work in an agile work model and is proactive and self-driven.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon business targets and outcomes within specified period.
Be flexible to work in start-up like environment where focus is client engagement and revenue generation.
Be technically savvy to be able to understand digital payments.
The job profile is outdoor and will require to be mobile.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales role
Graduate and well versed in MS Office
Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent in verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in working for banks are preferred
Having technical knowledge in integrations, platforms etc. and able to communicate in Arabic will be an advantage
