Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and generate leads for villa and apartment renovation projects
? Develop strong relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, and property developers
? Promote and sell interior design and renovation services
? Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
? Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
? Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in interior design, renovation, or real estate
Strong network of potential clients in Dubai's residential sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
UAE driving license preferred
