? Prepare and execute client workshops.
? Responsible for sales inquiries B2B and B2C, via calls and scheduled meetings.
? Reaching monthly quota of which differs monthly or depending on season as per management's discretion.
? Manage booking system and oversee all yacht activity going through Sky Walker.
? Conduct customer viewings as needed.
? Uphold high personal presentation standards when in office.
? Monitoring and keeping the highest level of customer service and professionalism when handling Sky Walker customer charters and complaints.
? Monitoring system bookings and booking system rules set by Management.
? Support in generating new business, building stronger partner/consumer relationships.
? Prepare and deliver proper presentation on products and services.
? Personally handle VIP customers.
? Prepare monthly sales report.
? Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer database.
? Build sustainable relationships and trust with Sky walker customers' accounts through open and interactive communication.
? Supply exact, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
? Handles charter logistics, customer complaints, supply right solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
? Coordinate with the operations department.
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
? Take the extra mile to engage customers.
