We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Present, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while achieving customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments.
Requirements:
• Proven 1-2 years of experience at least as a Sales Executive or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
• Experience in chemical industry would be an added advantage.
