Job Summary:
The Sales Executive - Catering & Hospitality \_ ( Female ) \_is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and increasing revenue for the catering and hospitality division. The role involves developing sales strategies, generating leads, meeting potential clients, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:1\. Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in catering and hospitality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, event planners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
2\. Client Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide customized catering and hospitality solutions based on client requirements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
3\. Negotiation & Contract Management:
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
• Ensure all sales transactions and contracts comply with company policies.
• Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
4\. Sales Performance & Reporting:
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Track sales performance and suggest improvements in sales strategies.
5\. Coordination & Collaboration:
• Work closely with the catering operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3\+ years of experience in sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, or F&B.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in B2B and corporate sales is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of catering/hospitality sales.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
• Valid UAE driver's license
