We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a background in building materials sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our range of building materials to contractors, construction companies, and other relevant stakeholders. The candidate should have strong product knowledge and an understanding of the building materials industry, coupled with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sectors, expanding the company's customer base.
• Promote and sell building materials products to contractors, builders, developers, and other key decision-makers in the industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions to meet their needs, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable business deals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and at industry events.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets , tracking progress and reporting regularly to management on performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends , market developments, and competitor activities to strategically position the company's products.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and seamless customer experience.
• Prepare regular sales reports , including forecasts and market feedback, to inform business decisions and strategy.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company's product portfolio.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the building materials industry .
• Strong understanding of the construction market and building materials, including relevant product knowledge.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
