Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence for waterproofing products within the construction sector. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Understand client needs and provide technical product knowledge and support.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to anticipate market changes and opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales within the building materials industry, preferably with waterproofing products.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful sales achievements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
