Job Description

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for Building Management Systems (BMS) to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including architects and contractors, to provide expert guidance on BMS solutions tailored to project requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of BMS offerings.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking within the construction and facilities management sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals that highlight the unique selling points of BMS products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maximizing profit margins.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements affecting BMS technologies.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to management on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and forge new relationships with potential clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in Building Management Systems or related technology sectors.
  • Professional certifications in BMS or related fields (e.g., Certified Energy Manager) are highly advantageous.
  • Experience in the commercial building or construction industry, with a strong understanding of BMS applications and technologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage leads and track sales performance effectively.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, particularly for international markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
