Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for land and air freight services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis:
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and competitiveness.
• Negotiation & Contract Management:
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
• Prepare and manage sales contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
• Reporting & Targets:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market developments.
Key Requirements:
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development in the freight or logistics industry.
• Proven track record in selling land and air freight services.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Knowledge of freight industry regulations and practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED16,000.00 per month
