Job Title: BAKERY Sales Executive

We are in search of a Sales Executive to booster our sales and to drive the growth of our business in the HORECA channel.

Ideal candidates will have dedicated bakery sales background with a few years of experience.

This position offers a stable career path and the chance to grow alongside our rapidly expanding, rewarding bakery manufacturing business.

Requesting candidates to apply only if they have western bakery sales experience. It will save both of our precious time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Prospecting: Identifying potential customers, initiating contact, introducing product offerings and converting customers.
• Revenue Growth: Augmenting the company's revenue and market share.
• Payment Collections : Collating payments and following up on outstanding balances.
• Reporting: Creating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and other reports as instructed by the management.
• Research about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in corporate sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in frozen bakery or bakery sales, catering to HORECA & B2B customers in UAE.
• Strong communication skills to engage with chefs, buyers and other key decision makers.
• Proactive, performance- oriented & highly sales driven individual.
• Results driven
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Candidate must be based in UAE
