2. Expansion of Business:
Identify and secure new clientele within the floral sector, targeting florists, event organizers, wedding venues.
Perform market analysis to grasp industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
Engage in active prospecting to win over new clients using networking, cold outreach, referrals, and by attending industry gatherings.
Craft and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to potential clients, underscoring the advantages and value of our offerings.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms to clinch profitable agreements that also ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the firm\'s profitability.
3. Sales Demonstrations and Deal-Making:
Develop engaging sales presentations, proposals, and agreements that effectively highlight our products, prices, and value propositions.

4. Reporting and Analysis of Sales:

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Established track record as a B2B Sales Executive, preferably in the floral and or chocolate sector or a related field.
Experience dealing with clients like public companies, real estate, HORECA, restaurants, and event organizers.
A history of managing key accounts, hitting sales targets, and propelling revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the floral market, including knowledge of flower types, seasonal variations, and consumer trends, will be an added advantage.
Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and building relationships.
Sharp business insight with the capability to understand client businesses and propose customized solutions.
Highly motivated, with a focus on goals, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
