1. Management of Key Accounts:
  • Act as the main contact for designated key accounts, fostering robust relationships with essential decision-makers.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of client businesses, their requirements, and objectives to spot opportunities for enhancing sales through upselling, cross-selling, and fostering enduring partnerships.
  • Organize periodic reviews with major accounts to evaluate performance, address any issues, and pinpoint opportunities for expansion.
  • Work closely with teams from operations, logistics, and customer support to guarantee smooth order processing, prompt deliveries, and superior client service.
  • Respond swiftly and professionally to client queries, concerns, and requests.
2. Expansion of Business:
  • Identify and secure new clientele within the floral sector, targeting florists, event organizers, wedding venues.
  • Perform market analysis to grasp industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
  • Engage in active prospecting to win over new clients using networking, cold outreach, referrals, and by attending industry gatherings.
  • Craft and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to potential clients, underscoring the advantages and value of our offerings.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms to clinch profitable agreements that also ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the firm\'s profitability.
3. Sales Demonstrations and Deal-Making:
  • Develop engaging sales presentations, proposals, and agreements that effectively highlight our products, prices, and value propositions.
  • Execute product demonstrations and provide exhaustive product insights to clients.
  • Haggle over prices, terms, and agreements to land profitable deals that also guarantee client contentment and sustain company profits.
4. Reporting and Analysis of Sales:
  • Monitor and document sales activities, customer interactions, and projections using CRM systems or other tools as assigned.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and make educated business choices.
  • Offer continuous feedback and suggestions to the management on market trends, competition, and consumer preferences.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Established track record as a B2B Sales Executive, preferably in the floral and or chocolate sector or a related field.
  • Experience dealing with clients like public companies, real estate, HORECA, restaurants, and event organizers.
  • A history of managing key accounts, hitting sales targets, and propelling revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the floral market, including knowledge of flower types, seasonal variations, and consumer trends, will be an added advantage.
  • Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and building relationships.
  • Sharp business insight with the capability to understand client businesses and propose customized solutions.
  • Highly motivated, with a focus on goals, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Prepared to travel as needed for client meetings and to participate in industry conferences.
