Job Description

Position Summary:

The Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing the fleet sales division of Skywell Electric Vehicles, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and large fleet operators. This role aims to achieve sales targets, promote electric vehicle solutions, and provide exceptional service to the fleet clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Sales Management

o Develop and execute strategic plans to increase fleet sales and achieve dealership targets.

o Identify potential corporate and government clients for electric fleet solutions.

o Deliver customized presentations and proposals to meet clients' fleet requirements.

Client Relationship Development

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with fleet operators and corporate entities.

o Regularly meet and communicate with clients to understand and address their fleet needs.

o Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Electric Vehicle Consultation

o Act as a subject matter expert on Skywell EVs, including features, benefits, and EV infrastructure requirements.

o Educate clients about the advantages of adopting electric vehicles and the cost benefits over traditional vehicles.

o Provide tailored solutions for clients transitioning to EV fleets.

Sales Coordination and Administration

o Prepare and negotiate fleet sales contracts, financing options, and leasing solutions.

o Coordinate with the dealership's operational and after-sales teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery and exceptional service.

o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and transactions in CRM systems.

Market Research and Analysis

o Monitor industry trends and market opportunities within the automotive EV sector.

o Collect competitor data and provide recommendations for enhancing Skywell's fleet offerings.

o Represent Skywell at industry events, trade shows, and fleet sales forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

o Proven experience in automotive sales, fleet sales, or B2B sales, preferably within the electric vehicle market.

o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

o Strong understanding of the automotive market and electric vehicles, including EV infrastructure.

o Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

o Ability to analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

o Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

o Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.

o Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

o Passion for sustainable and electric mobility solutions.
