REAP is currently looking to hire ten (10) Sales Executives / Assistant Managers for one of its clients\' (a multinational, pipe and building material, manufacturing company). To qualify for this position you should have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of building materials, including UPVC profiles, modular kitchens, UPVC Pipes, decorative boards, etc.You should have UAE Driver License and English language proficiency. Arabic and Hindi Language will be an added advantage.The ideal candidates should be smart, computer literate and able to use technology for sales and marketing purposes. Creativity, providing new ideas, and solutions to the problem would be an added advantage.

• Preferred age is: 24 to 30 years old

• A Valid UAE Driver License is MANDATORY

• Language Proficiency: English, (Arabic & Hindi are added advantages).

Desirable Candidates have:

• Should have an excellent track record in sales and marketing

• Should have an excellent track record of selling building / construction material specially PVC, UPVC, HDPE Pipe and Fittings PPR, Hose Pipe and building / construction material.

• Should have excellent skills in team coordination, communication and good knowledge of competitors\' Products and their strategies in the market.

• Should have excellent skills in promoting products such as PVC, UPVC, HDPE Pipe and Fittings PPR & Hose Pipe in UAE markets.

Education & Qualification:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate

/ Responsibilities:

• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

• Doing sales tours across districts, meeting parties, sales, negotiation, and signing up new Dealers.

• Creating sales orders, and collection of payments from parties.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company\'s global reach

• Must also survey about current trends in the industry such as prices of products and knowledge about competitors companies etc.

• They need to generate business leads for the company for which they are working for and also prepare and maintain statistical data and provide reports as per senior requirements.
