Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to establish the company as a go-to provider of bespoke art and display solutions.
Proactively generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and build brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management (Inbound Leads & Business Development):
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals and budgets.
Manage inquiries from start to finish, providing timely and clear communication.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Project Managers and other departments, to ensure on-time and high-quality service delivery.
Provide regular updates to clients, addressing any changes or concerns.
Foster strong, long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years of hands-on UAE experience in business development and sales or account management, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
Comfortable and confident in approaching new clients, building relationships, and negotiating contracts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Exceptional negotiation and organizational abilities.
Capable of managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Valid UAE drivers license and access to a vehicle.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
