We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our architecture and interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our design services. This role requires a combination of sales skills and a passion for architecture and interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:
• Identify and target potential clients, including residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct outreach through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Sales Presentations:
• Present architectural and interior design services to prospective clients.
• Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our portfolio and expertise.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Provide insights and feedback to the design team to align services with client needs.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project timelines with clients.
• Close sales and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM software.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the architecture or design industry.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
