##### JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of the role is to focus on sales and marketing of mix concrete, blocks, interlocks and various other value- added products to the right target partners. The job holder will focus on specific territories in which he or she will be responsible for developing customer leads and relationships and turning these into long term clients. There will be specific sales targets which the individual will be expected to meet or exceed.
##### Key Requirements:
###### Knowledge and Experience:
• MBA/ PG Diploma in Business Management (Marketing)/Graduate in Commerce/Civil Engineer in Diploma
• Min. 3 years of relevant sales experience and product knowledge in Concrete/Blocks Industry.
• Must have valid UAE driving license
###### Skills and Abilities:
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Dynamic and proactive in nature and willing to work with extended hours and under pressure.
• Good in sales forecasting and market analysis based on the new upcoming projects.
• Well organized in planning business visits and client follow-ups.
• Good computer proficiency in MS Office and outlook.
• Demonstrated fearless cold calling, prospecting, and closing of a sale.
• Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
