We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive position . As an Arabic speaker Female , you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent relationships with our Arabic-speaking clients within the Education industry.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain contact with prospective Arabic-speaking students with sales skills through calls, emails, and chats to build their interest in our programs.
• Act as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions promptly and professionally.
• Showcase the unique value of our universities programs, and courses, effectively communicating how we meet their educational and career aspirations.
• Supporting prospective students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them complete the required documents as per the admission process
• Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty among Arabic-speaking clientele.

Qualification and Experience:

• Fluency in Arabic and English languages is essential.
• Graduates with minimum of 2-3 years experience in Sales/Tele-sales/ Marketing.
• Excellent communication , negotiation and interpersonal skills, for building lasting student relationship
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approachability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft office and experience with database
