Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive with a passion for the Aluminium and glass industry. This role requires an individual who is results-oriented and capable of managing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the Aluminium and glass sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the product offerings, market dynamics, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Aluminium and glass market.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Actively seek new leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.
• Product Knowledge & Consultation:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Aluminium and glass products, including their applications, technical specifications, and market trends.
• Advise clients on the selection of materials and products based on their project requirements.
• Provide professional presentations and product demos to potential clients.
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and track progress on ongoing deals.
• Provide regular sales reports, updates on client activities, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
• Customer Service:
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to product delivery, quality, or service.
• Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects.
• Ensure that clients are satisfied with the final products and services.
• Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the Aluminium and glass industry.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management for strategic positioning.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Educational Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development in the building materials, construction, or related industry (Aluminium, glass, or related products).
• Previous experience in dealing with contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers is a plus.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM software experience is an advantage.
• Ability to understand technical product details and explain them to non-technical clients.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Other Requirements:
• Knowledge of the Aluminium and glass product range, including windows, doors, facades, curtain walls, and other architectural solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients or attend industry events.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on the location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
